The Seminar "The Professional Receptionist" that took place on the 25th of November 2008, at the PowerImage / MISCO Cyprus training centre was a success. Participants came from business and governmental organizations.

Stephanie Dikaiou, the trainer, presented techniques for communicating effectively and professionally at the reception. Furthemore, the programme touched upon methods for addressing different everyday problems that arise. Participants had the opportunity to practice during exercises and role plays to further develop and polish their skills.
